1 cup cream cheese, 200 g, diced, at room temperature, for the cream cheese
3 tablespoons lime juice, 45 ml, for the cream cheese
2 cups icing sugar, 400 g, for the cream cheese

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Blend the eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, flour, REXAL® baking powder, and salt. Mix the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous and slightly thick mixture. Pour into a greased bundt pan, and finally add chopped nuts. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
For the cream cheese: Mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, and powdered sugar in a bowl until completely combined.
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, and unmold. Decorate with cream cheese, chopped nuts, and grated carrot.
