  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Blend the eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, flour, REXAL® baking powder, and salt. Mix the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous and slightly thick mixture. Pour into a greased bundt pan, and finally add chopped nuts. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
  • For the cream cheese: Mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, and powdered sugar in a bowl until completely combined.
  • Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, and unmold. Decorate with cream cheese, chopped nuts, and grated carrot.
