Blender Chocolate Cake

  • 1 tablespoon REXAL® baking powder, 15 g
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup butter, melted, 250 ml
  • 1 cup sugar, 200 g
  • 2 1/2 cups flour, 500 g
  • 1 1/4 cups milk, 312 ml
  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder, 100 g
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, 4 g
  • 3/4 cups D'Gari® chocolate syrup, 188 ml
  • icing sugar, for decoration
  • raspberries, for decoration
  • pistachio, chopped, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Blend the eggs, melted butter, sugar, flour, milk, cocoa powder, salt, and REXAL® baking powder until all ingredients are combined and a semi-thick, homogeneous consistency is achieved. Then, add the D’Gari® chocolate syrup in a thin stream until fully incorporated.
  • Grease a rectangular baking dish with butter, pour in the previous mixture, ensuring it is evenly distributed, and bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes, unmold, and decorate with powdered sugar, raspberries, and chopped pistachios.
