Blintzes are very similar to crepes, except they are fluffier, which most people prefer. They are filled with jam and cream cheese.

1/3 cups walnuts
190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 sticks butter
1 cup raspberry jam
1 cup sour cream

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mix the cheese with the egg and sugar using a fork and incorporate well.
Place 2 teaspoons of cheese in the center of each crepe, fold in from two sides, and then roll to keep the filling inside, forming rectangles.
Melt a bit of butter in a skillet and lightly brown the crepes, then place them in a baking dish. Bake for 8 minutes.
To serve, place 2 on a plate and add a bit of cream, then jam, and sprinkle with nuts. Serve hot.
They can also be prepared in advance and then browned and heated on the same day.
