Blintz

The blintz with very similar to the crepes only that they are more spongy than most like more. They are stuffed with jam and cream cheese.

  • 190 grams cream cheese, at room temperature

  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • Heat oven to 180º.
  • Stir the cheese with the egg and sugar with a fork and add it well.
  • Put in the middle of each crepe 2 teaspoons of cheese and fold on two sides and then roll so that the filling does not come out and remain as rectangles.
  • Melt a little butter in a pan and brown the crepes a little bit and then place them in a refractory. Bake 8 minutes.
  • To serve them, put 2 in the saucer and put some cream, then jam and sprinkle with the nut. Serve hot.
  • They can also be prepared in advance and then browned and heated the day.
