Preparation
Heat oven to 180º.
Stir the cheese with the egg and sugar with a fork and add it well.
Put in the middle of each crepe 2 teaspoons of cheese and fold on two sides and then roll so that the filling does not come out and remain as rectangles.
Melt a little butter in a pan and brown the crepes a little bit and then place them in a refractory. Bake 8 minutes.
To serve them, put 2 in the saucer and put some cream, then jam and sprinkle with the nut. Serve hot.
They can also be prepared in advance and then browned and heated the day.
