1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1/8 tablespoons baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 cup flour
1/3 cups chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease and flour a 16x16 square baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk the butter and sugar together. Add the egg and vanilla and continue whisking.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and mix.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
