Blondie

Craving something sweet? Make these soft, crusty blondies. These blonde brownies will be your downfall, they are perfect to share with friends or for a quiet afternoon of tea.

  • 1 3/4 cups wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/3 cups Splenda sugar Blend®
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups almonds, filleted

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • In a bowl mix the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt, reserve.
  • In the blender, beat the butter with Splenda Sugar Blend®, until it is incorporated, add the eggs one by one and incorporate the previous mixture until it is well integrated, add the filleted almonds.
  • Pour mixture into a parchment-lined baking pan, bake 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from the oven, cool, cut and serve.
