  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, set aside.
  • In the mixer, beat the butter with Splenda Sugar Blend® until combined, add the eggs one at a time and incorporate the previous mixture until well integrated, add the sliced almonds.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper, bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from the oven, cool, cut, and serve.
