In a bowl mix the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt, reserve.
In the blender, beat the butter with Splenda Sugar Blend®, until it is incorporated, add the eggs one by one and incorporate the previous mixture until it is well integrated, add the filleted almonds.
Pour mixture into a parchment-lined baking pan, bake 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from the oven, cool, cut and serve.
