Blue Caramel Apples

A rich apple covered with caramel of the color of your choice.

  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups corn syrup
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 15 grams food coloring
  • 4 apples

  • Pour all ingredients (except apples) into a pot and boil for 7 minutes. Remember to stir constantly because otherwise the candy will stick and will not work.
  • To check that the candy is ready with a spoon, take a little caramel and drop a few drops into a glass of water, if it dries quickly it is ready.
  • Finally with a soup spoon cover the 4 apples, place them on waxed paper and let the candy dry.
