Pour all ingredients (except apples) into a pot and boil for 7 minutes. Remember to stir constantly because otherwise the candy will stick and will not work.
To check that the candy is ready with a spoon, take a little caramel and drop a few drops into a glass of water, if it dries quickly it is ready.
Finally with a soup spoon cover the 4 apples, place them on waxed paper and let the candy dry.
