4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 28g, melted and hydrated
1 envelope gelatin, of blueberry
2 cups water, hot
1 cup blueberries

Process the cookies for 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the cookies with the butter.
Place on a cake mold and press to form a base. Refrigerate.
Blend the milk, coconut cream, and gradually add the gelatin.
Pour over the cookie base, refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Dissolve the packet of blueberry gelatin in hot water, cool slightly. Pour the gelatin over the coconut one and add the blueberries. Refrigerate until set.
