Blueberry Gelatin with Oreo Base

Prepare this creamy coconut gelatin with a chocolate cookie base, topped with a blueberry gelatin; the sweet and balanced combination of this dessert is delicious to complement your meal.

  • 2 cups chocolate cookies, without filling
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cups cow's milk
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 28g, melted and hydrated
  • 1 envelope gelatin, of blueberry
  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 1 cup blueberries

  • Process the cookies for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the cookies with the butter.
  • Place on a cake mold and press to form a base. Refrigerate.
  • Blend the milk, coconut cream, and gradually add the gelatin.
  • Pour over the cookie base, refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • Dissolve the packet of blueberry gelatin in hot water, cool slightly. Pour the gelatin over the coconut one and add the blueberries. Refrigerate until set.
