Mix the milk with the lemon juice until combined. Set aside.
For the cake: beat the butter with the sugar for 5 minutes. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, salt, lemon zest, and beat for 7 more minutes.
Mix the blueberries with the flour and add to the previous mixture, beat for 1 more minute just to combine.
Pour the mixture into three equally sized springform pans, bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the butter, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
