In a bowl mix flour, cinnamon, salt and baking powder with a whisk.
Add the lightly beaten egg, oil, sugar, vanilla and milk.
Incorporate the ingredients well and finally add the blueberries, being careful not to break them.
Place the mixture in molds for pancakes (cupcakes), fill them 2/3 of their capacity and in an oven preheated to 180 degrees (350) for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remember to insert a toothpick into the center of the pancakes and check that it comes out clean. Let cool and accompany them with a delicious coffee.
