No one can resist chocolate, and these cookies combine the best of 2 worlds: chocolate and cookie. With chocolate chips and sprinkled with a pinch of coarse salt, these brownie cookies balance the flavors very well.
Using your hands, mix in a bowl the flour with the cocoa, add Rexal® Baking Powder, salt, butter, eggs, brown sugar, refined sugar, D'gari® vanilla essence, until a homogeneous dough forms.
Add the chocolate chips and mix until integrated. Place the dough in a resealable plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Using your hands, form balls of approximately 40 grams, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving 5 cm space between each one, sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
