With the help of your hands, mix the flour with the cocoa in a bowl, add Rexal® Baking Powder, the salt, the butter, the eggs, the muscovado sugar, the refined sugar, D'gari® vanilla essence, until forming a homogeneous mass.
Add the chocolate chips and mix until integrated. Place the dough in a resealable plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
With the help of your hands, form balls of approximately 40 grams, place them on a tray with waxed paper, leaving them with a space of 5 cm between each of them, sprinkle with grains of salt.
Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
