Brownies

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 sticks butter, 90 g each
  • 1/2 cups cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • icing sugar

  • Melt the butter sticks and beat with the sugar.
  • Add the eggs, flour, cocoa, and baking powder one by one, without stopping to beat.
  • When all the ingredients are incorporated, add the nuts and vanilla.
  • Grease a rectangular or square mold with butter and pour in the mixture.
  • Place in a preheated oven at 175°C for 40 minutes.
