Brownies with Pistachios

Enjoy this delicious combination of brownies with pistachios.

  • 3/4 cups ax callus
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 2/3 cups pistachios, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add Mazola Olive and Soy oil, the egg whites, vanilla, and mix with a spatula. Incorporate the pistachios.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased square mold.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cover with aluminum foil; it’s best to cut them the next day.
