3/4 cups ax callus
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cups cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoons salt
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2/3 cups pistachios, chopped

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add Mazola Olive and Soy oil, the egg whites, vanilla, and mix with a spatula. Incorporate the pistachios.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased square mold.
Bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cover with aluminum foil; it’s best to cut them the next day.
