Grease a 20 cm aluminum baking pan, set aside, and preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
In a bowl, melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a mixer for 30 seconds, gradually add the sugar at medium speed for about twenty minutes until thickened. Add the melted chocolate, vanilla, and mix. Add the flour and salt, mixing at low speed; gently fold in the white chocolate pieces (and the nuts).
Pour the mixture into the baking pan, spreading it evenly: bake for 30 minutes or until the edges begin to pull away. Let cool and cut into 5 cm squares or to your preference.
