  • 2 1/2 sticks butter, (90 g) each
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 stick bittersweet chocolate, melted, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C
  • Cream the butter with the egg yolk and powdered sugar. Gradually add the salt, flour, and starch while continuing to beat. Finally, add the cream or milk and vanilla.
  • Knead the dough with your hands to shape it and wrap it in non-stick plastic. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut using a cookie cutter. Place them on a baking tray.
  • Bake the cookies for 10 to 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Cool.
  • Decorate with melted chocolate in a circular shape. Let it dry and enjoy.
