Preheat the oven to 180° C Cream the butter with the egg yolk and powdered sugar. Gradually add the salt, flour, and starch while continuing to beat. Finally, add the cream or milk and vanilla. Knead the dough with your hands to shape it and wrap it in non-stick plastic. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut using a cookie cutter. Place them on a baking tray. Bake the cookies for 10 to 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Cool. Decorate with melted chocolate in a circular shape. Let it dry and enjoy.
