2 tablespoons brandy
450 grams dulce de leche, or cajeta
3 egg whites
2 chocolates, crunchy

Add the brandy to the cream and whip until it thickens. Then slowly add the dulce de leche and mix well.
In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully add the dulce de leche mixture until everything is well combined.
Pour this mixture into individual dessert cups (150 ml each) and refrigerate for several hours.
