Butterscotch cream

The Butterscotch is basically a caramel cream flavored with brandy or whiskey.

  • 250 milliliters sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 450 grams dulce de leche, or cajeta
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 chocolates, crunchy

  • Add the brandy to the cream and beat until assemble. Then slowly add the dulce de leche and mix well.
  • In another bowl, mount the whites in the castle and carefully add the mixture of dulce de leche until everything is well combined.
  • Place this mixture in individual dessert cups (150 ml each) and refrigerate for several hours.
