2 tablespoons brandy
450 grams dulce de leche, or cajeta
3 egg whites
2 chocolates, crunchy

Add the brandy to the cream and beat until assemble. Then slowly add the dulce de leche and mix well.
In another bowl, mount the whites in the castle and carefully add the mixture of dulce de leche until everything is well combined.
Place this mixture in individual dessert cups (150 ml each) and refrigerate for several hours.
