  • 250 milliliters cream
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 450 grams dulce de leche, or cajeta
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 chocolates, crunchy

  • Add the brandy to the cream and whip until it thickens. Then slowly add the dulce de leche and mix well.
  • In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully add the dulce de leche mixture until everything is well combined.
  • Pour this mixture into individual dessert cups (150 ml each) and refrigerate for several hours.
