250 grams flour
4 eggs
1 envelope sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 liters whole milk
50 grams butter
cajeta
icing sugar, optional, for decoration

Low
Pour the flour into a bowl and gradually add the milk, eggs, salt, and sugar using a whisk.
The batter should be smooth but not thick.
Let it rest for 5 minutes, then grease a medium-sized pan with butter and wait for it to heat over medium heat.
To make the first crepe, scoop a ladleful and spread it to cover the entire base of the pan.
Once the bottom layer of the crepe is golden (about 1 minute on low heat), use a spatula to lift it and flip it over to brown the other side.
We must repeat the process of greasing the pan with butter for each crepe.
Make 5 to 6 crepes and spread cajeta on both sides of each one (except for the bottom and top crepes, which you will only spread cajeta on one side).
Between each crepe with cajeta, add the next crepe until you form a stack of 6 crepes (one on top of the other).
If desired, add powdered sugar on top for decoration.
