1/2 cups flour
300 grams puff pastry
1 teaspoon sugar

1 egg, for brushing

Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Sprinkle flour on the table, roll out the puff pastry into a square. Cut it into 10*10 cm squares.
Place the squares of dough on a greased baking sheet to prevent sticking.
Put cajeta on the squares and fold them in half. Seal the edges with a bit of egg, pressing down well so that the cajeta doesn't leak out.
Brush the empanadas with egg and sprinkle a little sugar on top.
