Cajeta Floating Gelatin

  • 1 1/2 cups cow's milk, for the vanilla gelatin
  • 1/2 cans condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated (28g)
  • 4 cups water, for the cajeta gelatin
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cajeta
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • grapes, in halves, for decoration
  • raspberries, for decoration
  • blueberries, for decoration

  • For the vanilla gelatin, blend the milk with the condensed milk, the vanilla essence, and gradually add the hydrated gelatin. Set aside.
  • Pour into a mold and chill for 2 hours in your Samsung Black Stainless refrigerator or until set.
  • For the cajeta gelatin, blend the water with evaporated milk, the cajeta, and gradually add the hydrated gelatin.
  • Carefully detach the vanilla gelatin from the mold and pour in the cajeta gelatin, trying to insert it from the sides. Fill until completely covered and let the vanilla float.
  • Chill for 2 hours in your Samsung Black Stainless refrigerator or until set. Unmold.
  • Decorate with grapes, raspberries, and blueberries.
