  • 5 bananas
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon nonpareil sprinkles

  • Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
  • Insert a wooden stick into each piece of banana. Refrigerate.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave (whichever you prefer).
  • Dip each piece of banana in the chocolate and then sprinkle with the chips.
  • Place the banana on a plate and let it set. Once set, refrigerate until just before serving.
