Christmas Cake Pops

Delicious Christmas cake pops, perfect for taking to all your parties and dinners. They turn out delicious and are easy to make.

  • 400 grams vanilla cake
  • 200 grams chocolate
  • nonpareil sprinkles

  • Break the cake into pieces and mix in a food processor or blender for a few minutes until crumbly.
  • Divide the mixture into 12 balls. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to harden.
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  • Using wooden or plastic sticks, make a hole in each ball, dip the end of the stick in the melted chocolate and place it back in the hole.
  • Repeat with the remaining balls and sticks, let rest for 30 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate again, and coat each cake pop with the chocolate; once the chocolate has hardened a bit but is still sticky, sprinkle with colorful Christmas sprinkles.
  • Serve.
