Break the cake into pieces and mix in a food processor or blender for a few minutes until crumbly.
Divide the mixture into 12 balls. Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to harden.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Using wooden or plastic sticks, make a hole in each ball, dip the end of the stick in the melted chocolate and place it back in the hole.
Repeat with the remaining balls and sticks, let rest for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate again, and coat each cake pop with the chocolate; once the chocolate has hardened a bit but is still sticky, sprinkle with colorful Christmas sprinkles.
Serve.
