Nutella Cake Pops

  • 12 shortbreads
  • 5 tablespoons nutella
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1/2 kilos chocolate chips

  • In a round bowl, crumble the cookies.
  • Add the cream cheese and mix very well.
  • Then add the 5 tablespoons of Nutella, and mix everything very well until it forms a thick dough.
  • Start making medium-sized balls.
  • Place the chocolate in a double boiler until it melts completely. Then take a stick, put a little chocolate on it, and finally attach it to the balls.
  • After this, put them in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes (or until they are firm).
  • Once they are firm, dip them in melted chocolate and quickly add the decorations.
  • And back to the refrigerator so they don't melt and the chocolate hardens.
  • Finally, place them in a cellophane bag, tied with a ribbon.
