- 1 liter mango sorbet
- 1 mango

- 1 tub vanilla frosting

- Line a mold with aluminum foil, covering the sides and bottom with slices of pound cake.
- Mix the mango ice cream with cream cheese in a bowl and pour it into the mold. Cover with slices of pound cake.
- Cover with aluminum foil and freeze until firm.
- Unmold, cover with vanilla frosting and decorate with slices of mango.
