Snow Cake

Try this delicious and easy snow cake recipe; this cake is made with mango ice cream, but you can choose the flavor and ingredients you like best.

  • 2 muffin, (store-bought)
  • 1 liter mango sorbet
  • 1 mango
  • 1 stick cream cheese 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1 tub vanilla frosting

  • Line a mold with aluminum foil, covering the sides and bottom with slices of pound cake.
  • Mix the mango ice cream with cream cheese in a bowl and pour it into the mold. Cover with slices of pound cake.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and freeze until firm.
  • Unmold, cover with vanilla frosting and decorate with slices of mango.
