  • chantilly cream, to cover the cake
  • 1 envelope McCormick® gelatin, cherry-flavored with edible glitter for the topping

  • For the berry cake, in a bowl mix the cake flour with McCormick® berry-flavored gelatin with edible glitter, the eggs, yogurt, and oil. Beat until combined, pour into a greased cake mold, and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • For the mango cake, in a bowl mix the cake flour with McCormick® mango-flavored gelatin with edible glitter, the eggs, yogurt, and oil. Beat until combined, pour into a greased cake mold, and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • For the blueberry cake, in a bowl mix the cake flour with McCormick® intense blueberry-flavored gelatin with edible glitter, the eggs, yogurt, and oil. Beat until combined, pour into a greased cake mold, and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • For the lemon cake, in a bowl mix the cake flour with McCormick® lemon-flavored gelatin with edible glitter, the eggs, yogurt, and oil. Beat until combined, pour into a greased cake mold, and bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
  • Place one cake layer, add whipped cream, and repeat the process until you have a tower with 4 cake layers. Cover with whipped cream and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • For the topping, dissolve McCormick® cherry-flavored gelatin with edible glitter in hot water.
  • Cover the edge of the cake with acetate and pour the McCormick® cherry-flavored gelatin with edible glitter; refrigerate until set and reserve.
