In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon, mix it well.
In another bowl, add the yogurt, brown sugar, white sugar, and a tablespoon of vanilla, mix until the sugar dissolves.
Add the eggs and flour until you have a good consistency.
Add the carrots, mix well.
Add a stick of melted butter to the previous mixture and stir it.
Divide the mixture into two previously greased round cake pans and put them in the oven at 180ºC for 30 min. Or you can pour the entire mixture into a large mold and when the cake is cool, cut it in half and fill it with the cream cheese.
For the frosting, pour the cream cheese and butter into a bowl, beat well until there are no lumps, then add powdered sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla.
