Sift the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add the oil and mix well.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well, then add the carrots and mix.
Add the nuts and place the mixture in a cake pan.
Bake for 60 minutes at 180ºC.
For the frosting, place the powdered sugar in a bowl and gradually add drops of orange juice, stirring continuously until you achieve the ideal frosting.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool, then add the frosting.
Finally, decorate with some nuts on top.
