Chocolate Covered Carrot Cake

  • 3 carrots, peeled
  • 200 milliliters oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 grams baking powder
  • 400 grams sugar
  • 300 grams wheat flour
  • 200 grams chocolate, melted

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Chop the carrots. In a blender, add the carrot, sugar, eggs, and oil.
  • Blend well until you achieve a uniform mixture. Pour the mixture into a bowl and incorporate the flour with the baking powder. Grease a mold and sprinkle with flour; add the cake mixture and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Let it cool completely and coat with chocolate.
