Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Grate the carrots.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and cinnamon.
Add the carrots and applesauce to the previous mixture.
Incorporate the cream and oil and continue beating.
Gradually add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder until the ingredients are combined, and add blueberries. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
For the frosting: cream the cream cheese and butter.
Gradually add the powdered sugar.
Add milk by the teaspoon until achieving a medium consistency and decorate using a piping bag or spatula.
