  • 200 grams sugar
  • 1 package cream cheese

  • Butter and margarine are creamed with sugar.
  • While continuing to beat, add the yolks one by one, once added, the three are incorporated.
  • The flour previously sifted with cinnamon and baking soda, alternating with grated carrot.
  • And finally the egg whites, raisins, and walnuts. Pour into a previously greased mold and bake at 250º C for 40 minutes.
  • For the frosting: cream Philadelphia cheese with 1/4 of a stick of butter, powdered sugar to taste, and vanilla until a creamy consistency is obtained.
