Process the carrots at medium speed and set aside. Then, add the oat flour, ground cinnamon, egg, nuts, sugar, grated carrot, and milk in a bowl, and mix perfectly with the help of a plastic spatula. Set aside.
Pour the mixture into a small rectangular microwave-safe mold previously greased, filling it up to ¾ of its capacity. Cover and place in the microwave for 2 minutes, alternating for one minute. Wait for it to cool and unmold.
For the frosting: add the cream cheese and butter in a bowl, beat until creamy with the help of a whisk and gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing perfectly.
Decorate the microwave carrot cake with the frosting and grated carrot.
