No-Bake Carrot Cake

The cake you love the most but in its no-bake version. Prepare it with yesterday's cake and give it all the flavor of a real Carrot Cake, how delicious is that?

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 muffin, 255 g each crumbled
  • 1 package cream cheese, 190 g
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 30 grams walnuts

  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the carrot, sugar, walnut, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla. Cook this for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Mix the sauté with the cake perfectly and compact it in a cake mold.
  • Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice. Add this mixture over the compacted cake. Spread it with a spatula and decorate with whole walnuts.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes. This dessert is ideal to share with all your friends, prepare it with our recipe or make any changes you like.
