Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 3 pancakes, 255 g (.56 lbs) each, crumbled
  • 1 package cream cheese, 190 g (.41 lbs)
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 yellow lemon
  • 30 grams walnut

Preparation

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the carrot, sugar, walnut, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Stir the cooled butter, carrot and spice mixture with the crumbled pound cake until perfectly combined and press it compact into a round cake pan.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice. Add this mixture on top of the compacted cake. Spread with a spatula and decorate with whole walnut.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. This dessert is ideal to share with all your friends, prepare it with our recipe or make any changes that you wish.
