Simple Carrot Cake

  • 3 cups carrot, grated
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted

  • In a bowl, mix the carrot, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and mix well.
  • Sift the flour with the baking soda and salt, then gradually add it to the carrot. Mix well.
  • Gradually add the oil to the previous mixture, then do the same with the butter. Beat for a few more minutes.
  • In a greased and floured mold, pour the mixture and bake at 180 degrees for half an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and it's ready.
