Preparation
Mix carrot, sugar, eggs, vanilla and mix perfectly in a bowl.
Sift the flour with the baking soda and salt, then slowly add it to the carrot. mix well.
Add the oil little by little to the previous mixture, when you finish do the same with the butter. Try a few minutes more.
In a greased mold with flour place the mixture bakes at 180 degrees for half an hour or until it comes out clean a toothpick, let cool and ready.
