1 package semisweet chocolate, Turin or any other cooking chocolate bar.
3/4 cups thick cream
3 cream cheese, Philadelphia
1 cup sugar
1/4 cups flour
4 eggs
1 teaspoon butter

Grease a butter pan and sprinkle it with ground walnuts. (First, place a sheet of foil at the bottom for easier removal). Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Gradually add the cream until the chocolate is completely melted and a cream forms.
With a large whisk, beat the cream cheese until smooth, add the sugar, the eggs one by one, the vanilla, the flour, and the warm chocolate.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake at 225 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 190 degrees and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
Run a knife along the edges, remove the edges, and unmold. Decorate with sifted cocoa and powdered sugar.
