Grease a butter pan and sprinkle it with ground walnuts. (First, place a sheet of foil at the bottom for easier removal). Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Gradually add the cream until the chocolate is completely melted and a cream forms.
