Preparation
Grease a butter mold and sprinkle the ground nut. (previously put a tin paper in the base to remove it more easily). Put it to cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
In a water bath, melt the chocolate. Slowly add the cream until the chocolate melts completely and forms a cream.
With a large whisk, beat the cheese to add, add sugar, eggs one by one, vanilla, flour and warm chocolate.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake at 225 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 190 degrees and leave it 45 minutes longer.
Pass a knife on the shore, remove the edge and unmold, decorate with sifted cocoa and icing sugar.
