  • In a bowl, mix the cookies with the melted butter until you get a homogeneous mixture. Place in a cake base and use your hands to press and compact the base. Set aside.
  • For the banana split cheesecake: Beat the cream cheese and whipping cream, add the bananas, vanilla extract, and sweeten with the delicious taste of Hershey's chocolate syrup. Mix until integrated, add the gelatin in a thread, and beat for 5 more seconds. Pour over the cookie base and refrigerate the cheesecake for 2 hours.
