If desired, you can mix the margarine with the cookie and place it in a pie/tart base as the first step (optional) or you can just use the cookie (check the step). Mix the cheese, cream, and sugar until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Hydrate the gelatin with cold water, melt it in a double boiler, and add it to the mixture while continuing to beat.
Divide the mixture into 2 equal parts, add cocoa and vanilla and blend until the cocoa is lump-free; to the other part, add the mint liqueur.
Pour one half into the preferred mold and let it set in the freezer for 20 minutes, then repeat the process by pouring over the previous mixture.
At this point, you can add the mixture of the cookie with margarine or just the plain cookie.
Refrigerate for 1 hour 40 minutes.
