Classic Philadelphia® Cheesecake

The Classic Cheesecake is a recipe that you'll love; it's so easy to make that you'll want to prepare it for every party or birthday you're invited to.

  • 4 Philadelphia® cream cheeses
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 10 milliliters vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups Marbú® cookies
  • 70 grams butter, melted

  • Combine the ingredients for the crust and line the bottom of a 24 cm diameter springform pan.
  • Beat the Philadelphia® Cream Cheese.
  • Add the sugar, cream, cornstarch, vanilla, and the eggs one by one.
  • Pour the mixture over the crust.
  • Bake in a water bath for 90 minutes in a preheated oven at 160°C.
  • Let it cool and remove from the mold.
