4 Philadelphia® cream cheeses
4 eggs
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
10 milliliters vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups Marbú® cookies
70 grams butter, melted
Preparation

Combine the ingredients for the crust and line the bottom of a 24 cm diameter springform pan.
Beat the Philadelphia® Cream Cheese.
Add the sugar, cream, cornstarch, vanilla, and the eggs one by one.
Pour the mixture over the crust.
Bake in a water bath for 90 minutes in a preheated oven at 160°C.
Let it cool and remove from the mold.
