  • 2 cups OREO cookies, for the base
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted, for the base
  • 4 1/2 packages cream cheese, 190 g each, at room temperature
  • 3 cups whipping cream, 300 ml
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 10 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups OREO cookies, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 170° C.
  • Place the cookies with the butter in the processor and process until you obtain a dough.
  • Pour the cookie mixture into a 25 cm diameter cake mold, pressing down to form a base, and refrigerate.
  • In a mixer, place the cream cheese, add the whipping cream, sugar, the eggs one by one, vanilla, and flour until perfectly incorporated.
  • Pour the batter into your mold, place the cookies on top, and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a water bath for 45 minutes or until golden on top.
  • Remove the cheesecake from the oven, cool, and refrigerate for about two hours.
  • Unmold, cut, and enjoy.
