I'm sharing this delicious dessert, Nutella cheesecake. It's super easy to make since you don't need to bake the cheesecake. It requires few ingredients but has a great Nutella flavor. It has a smooth and creamy consistency with a rich Nutella taste. It's perfect for finishing your meals. Give it a try!
Melt the butter in the microwave and set aside. Remove the filling from the Oreo cookies and process the cookies until you achieve a sandy consistency. You can put them in a blender or place them in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Add the melted butter to the crushed cookies. Place the mixture in a pan and press down with your fingers or a glass to create an even base. While we prepare the filling, the pan with the cheesecake base goes into the freezer.
For the filling: Add the cream cheese (at room temperature), Nutella, and the filling from the Oreo cookies; everything should be well integrated using a mixer, food processor, or blender until it forms a cream.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until it is well incorporated into the previous mixture.
Remove the Oreo cookie base and pour in the filling. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. Once this time has passed, unmold the cheesecake and serve.
