Nutella Cheesecake

I'm sharing this delicious dessert, Nutella cheesecake. It's super easy to make since you don't need to bake the cheesecake. It requires few ingredients but has a great Nutella flavor. It has a smooth and creamy consistency with a rich Nutella taste. It's perfect for finishing your meals. Give it a try!

  • 1 jar nutella, small
  • 2 sticks cream cheese, 220g each
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 box OREO cookies
  • 1 stick butter

  • Melt the butter in the microwave and set aside. Remove the filling from the Oreo cookies and process the cookies until you achieve a sandy consistency. You can put them in a blender or place them in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  • Add the melted butter to the crushed cookies. Place the mixture in a pan and press down with your fingers or a glass to create an even base. While we prepare the filling, the pan with the cheesecake base goes into the freezer.
  • For the filling: Add the cream cheese (at room temperature), Nutella, and the filling from the Oreo cookies; everything should be well integrated using a mixer, food processor, or blender until it forms a cream.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until it is well incorporated into the previous mixture.
  • Remove the Oreo cookie base and pour in the filling. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours. Once this time has passed, unmold the cheesecake and serve.
