Oreo Pay Cheesecake

  • 12 packages OREO cookies
  • 950 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 sticks butter
  • 2 grams gelatin, unsweetened
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream

  • In a removable pie or cake pan, place the wax paper.
  • Remove the sweet filling from the Oreo cookies and set aside.
  • Crush the cookies very finely, reserving one cup of crushed cookies for decoration.
  • Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies at the bottom of the pan to form a crust similar to that of a pie.
  • Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in a little hot water.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine the sweet filling from the cookies and the cream cheese. When the ingredients start to melt, add the whole milk to better dissolve any lumps.
  • Add the sugar and the previously dissolved gelatin, then let it cool (you can add a pinch of salt if desired).
  • In a bowl, place the whipping cream and mix with a mixer until it becomes fluffy. Mix the previous mixture with the whipped cream gently.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan, smoothing the surface for a perfect finish. Let it refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  • DECORATION: With the reserved crushed cookies, use a sieve to sprinkle over our Cheesecake until fully covered. DONE Enjoy!
