A delicious cheesecake pie with tasty Oreo cookies in very practical and simple steps. Delicious and unmatched, try it; you will love it, and so will your guests.
In a removable pie or cake pan, place the wax paper.
Remove the sweet filling from the Oreo cookies and set aside.
Crush the cookies very finely, reserving one cup of crushed cookies for decoration.
Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies at the bottom of the pan to form a crust similar to that of a pie.
Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in a little hot water.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the sweet filling from the cookies and the cream cheese. When the ingredients start to melt, add the whole milk to better dissolve any lumps.
Add the sugar and the previously dissolved gelatin, then let it cool (you can add a pinch of salt if desired).
In a bowl, place the whipping cream and mix with a mixer until it becomes fluffy.
Mix the previous mixture with the whipped cream gently.
Pour the mixture into the pan, smoothing the surface for a perfect finish.
Let it refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
DECORATION:
With the reserved crushed cookies, use a sieve to sprinkle over our Cheesecake until fully covered.
DONE
Enjoy!
