Preparation
Place the waxed paper in a removable pie or pie mold.
Remove the sweet filling from the oreo cookies and set aside.
Grind the biscuit very thin leaving in reserve a cup of cracker ground for decoration.
Melt the butter and add the ground biscuit at the bottom of the mold, forming a base similar to that of the foot.
Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in a little hot water.
Put the sweet filling of the cookies and the cream cheese in a slow cooker, when it is seen that the ingredients are melting and incorporate the whole milk to dissolve the lumps better.
Incorporate the sugar and gelatin previously dissolved and let cool (you can put a pinch of salt if you wish)
In a bowl put the cream to beat and mix with a blender until it sponges. Mix the previous mixture with the whipping cream in an enveloping form.
Pour the mixture over the mold, lift the surface so that it fits perfectly. Leave in the refrigerator a minimum of 6 hours.
DECORATION: With the rest of the cookies ground and with the help of a strainer, sprinkle over our Cheesecake until completely covered. READY Enjoy it!
