  • 2 cups cinnamon cookies, crumbled, for the base
  • 1 cup butter, melted, for the base
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Nutmeg

  • In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with the butter until well combined. Set aside.
  • Use a hand mixer to combine the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and liquid vanilla until the whipped cream is firm. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, white chocolate, and McCormick® Nutmeg with a whisk until combined. Then, fold in the sweetened whipped cream and mix again.
  • Line a springform pan with acetate. Place the cookie base, compact it with a spoon, and pour the cheese mixture on top. Refrigerate for 60 minutes or until the cheesecake is firm.
  • Decorate the dessert with whipped cream and chocolate.
