In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with the butter until well combined. Set aside. Use a hand mixer to combine the whipping cream, powdered sugar, and liquid vanilla until the whipped cream is firm. Set aside. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, white chocolate, and McCormick® Nutmeg with a whisk until combined. Then, fold in the sweetened whipped cream and mix again. Line a springform pan with acetate. Place the cookie base, compact it with a spoon, and pour the cheese mixture on top. Refrigerate for 60 minutes or until the cheesecake is firm. Decorate the dessert with whipped cream and chocolate.
