1 tablespoon butter
3/4 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon cream
1 slice lime
lime zest, for decoration

Place the cookies in a plastic bag and roll a rolling pin over them, or crush with your fingers until they crumble.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the cookies.
Mix well until the crumbs are coated.
Place a small metal ring on a serving plate.
Pour the cookie mixture into the metal ring and press firmly with your fingers.
Combine FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt with lemon cream and a bit of lemon zest.
Add the mixture on top of the cookie base and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Remove the metal ring and add a lemon slice for serving.
