Lemon Cheesecake

  • 4 graham crackers
  • 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon cream
  • 1 slice lime 1 slice lime
  • lime zest, for decoration

  • Place the cookies in a plastic bag and roll a rolling pin over them, or crush with your fingers until they crumble.
  • Melt the butter in a pan and add the cookies.
  • Mix well until the crumbs are coated.
  • Place a small metal ring on a serving plate.
  • Pour the cookie mixture into the metal ring and press firmly with your fingers.
  • Combine FAGE® Total 0% Greek Style Yogurt with lemon cream and a bit of lemon zest.
  • Add the mixture on top of the cookie base and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Remove the metal ring and add a lemon slice for serving.
