Preparation
Place the cookies in a plastic bag and roll a roller through them, or crush them with your fingers until they crumble.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the cookies.
Mix well until the crumbs are coated.
Place a small metal ring on a serving plate.
Pour the cookie mixture into the metal ring and press firmly with your fingers.
Combine the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% with the lemon cream and a little lemon zest.
Add the mixture on top of the cookie base and refrigerate at least one hour.
Remove the metal ring and add the lemon slice to serve.
