Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Crush the cookies and place them in the mold where you will make your cheesecake, then add the 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of butter until a dough is formed. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and then remove.
In a metal bowl, put the cream cheese bars and the cup of sugar, and mix very well with the mixer.
Then add the flour, vanilla, and cream, and integrate well.
Once almost all the ingredients are mixed, add the eggs one by one and finally the lemon juice.
Pour the mixture into the mold with the crust and bake for 50 minutes at 180ºC. Unmold and decorate with any type of jam.
