New York Cheesecake

Delicious and very easy New York cheesecake recipe. Try it and share it with your friends; serve this delicious dessert with coffee or cappuccino.

  • 1 package vanilla cookies
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 packages cream cheese, of 190 g
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 4 eggs

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Crush the cookies and place them in the mold where you will make your cheesecake, then add the 3 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of butter until a dough is formed. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and then remove.
  • In a metal bowl, put the cream cheese bars and the cup of sugar, and mix very well with the mixer. Then add the flour, vanilla, and cream, and integrate well.
  • Once almost all the ingredients are mixed, add the eggs one by one and finally the lemon juice.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold with the crust and bake for 50 minutes at 180ºC. Unmold and decorate with any type of jam.
